ContinuityX Solutions, which provides cloud-based business continuity and disaster recovery services, is expanding into two data centers run by Cologix in both Minneapolis and Montreal, building on its move into Cologix data centers in Toronto and Dallas earlier this year.

ContinuityX's plan is to expand its reach in North America. Earlier in the month the company announced it was working with Sidera Networks to work on the high-performance needs of the Sidera's customers for cloud, disaster recovery and managed services. ContinuityX provides consulting services, as well as business continuity, virtual/cloud hosting, managed equipment and storage, monitoring and VoIP services to its customers, with its core mission being to offer customers business continuity and disaster recovery services in a faster and more effective manner.

"Cologix has a unique footprint that includes markets where networks like ours are going next. The ease of doing business with Cologix made the decision to expand our relationship a simple one," said David Godwin, CEO of ContinuityX, in a prepared statement. "Our deployments to Minneapolis and Montreal will expand our business reach and improve the delivery performance of our cloud services."
