What is particularly unique about Shann is not just his deep understanding and passion for ALL things technology, including his love of gadgets and social media, but his ability to break things down for the layperson to make technology uncomplicated. Shann is responsible for the company’s technology strategy and delivery. This includes managing the TUC Service Center and team, professional services, key vendor partnerships, and product management of our Connected Office managed services program.
Shann brings with him a wealth of expertise with over 18 years of management experience, ranging from managed services to business-to-business IT support and call centers. His diverse combination of technology and management backgrounds have enabled him to manage technology teams of upwards of 400+ people, including being Director of Call Center Operations at OnPath Business Solutions and workforce manager at Bell Canada.
