Dean is the Principal and co-founder of Total Product Marketing. He brings 17 years of technology marketing experience. He’s run channel marketing programs, go-to-market positioning and product launches, and managed the online reputation and identity for dozens of clients.

For technology companies, he believes in the three-point positioning process, teaching our clients to convey functional, economic, and emotional benefits in their messaging.

The key to running a digital marketing agency? Dean will tell you it’s easy: take care of your team and treat them the way you want to be treated.

He holds an Master’s of Business Administration in Information Systems and Strategy from Simon Fraser University, BC. Canada. He is also Pragmatic Marketing Certified (2008).
